The house offers 3 rooms: a large 28 square meters main room/bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom.

The main room offers AC and ceiling fan. The living room corner offers two leather sofas with footrests, allowing you to rest comfortably enjoying a Blu-ray movie on your Full HD screen TV or a good book selected from the shelf. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential devices (see equipment). The bathroom has a Italian type shower with warm water.

The high-speed internet connection (optical fiber) will also enable you to consult your mails or surf on Internet or to view films in HD on NetFlix. The measured flow is approximately 20 MB/s.

The bungalow windows and doors are equipped with secured mosquito nets allowing you to leave doors and windows open if you don’t like the A/C.

You may take your breakfast or rest on the front terrace enjoying the tropical garden. Mornings squirrels and many tropical birds will visit you while they enjoy the peaceful environment. A walk in the garden will make you discover our orchids and hibiscus collection, not forgetting the frangipanis which gave their name to the property: “Baan Leelavadee” meaning in fact “the frangipanis house” in Thai language.

  For everybody’s comfort, the bungalow is a non-smoking area but it is not forbidden to smoke on the terrace and in the garden. For the same reason, animals are not allowed.

We offer the access to the swimming pool of the main house: infinity pool with counter-current swimming equipment and Jacuzzi – treatment by electrolysis of salt – thus without any chemical product. The swimming pool is only shared with the owners (no children). The access to the swimming pool is direct from the rented bungalow across the garden. Deckchairs to benefit from the sun are displayed around the swimming pool.

BUT YOU SURELY COME TO ENJOY THE BEACH…

Well, you won’t be disappointed: Thai Muang beach is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches of Thailand with its twenty kilometers of white sand bordered by Filao pines. A wonder which you will not need to share: there are strong chances you will be the only occupants. To benefit from this small paradise, we provide sun umbrellas, beach mats, cooler and deckchairs and in the evening, you will be charmed by the splendid sunsets on the Andaman Sea.

AND LAND OF SMILE S GASTRONOMY

Many restaurants and small local food shacks are accessible in about 800 m walking distance from the bungalow. Of course fresh seafood and fishes are with the stars and the delicious Thai cuisine should charm you. To help you, we provide you with the main restaurants menus translated into French and English.

Significant point after long plane hours, the access from Phuket international airport is easy and fast: 40 minute drive. Between 1100 and 1300 THB by taxi (approximately 30 €). But you may prefer to rent a car in the airport or Khao Lak. This would cost you approximately 17 to 25 € per day, according to the duration of your stay and the season.

We provide a detailed itinerary from the airport with GPS points of the house and phone number.

We don’t offer a prepared breakfast but all ingredients are provided for the full duration of your stay (coffee/Tea/milk/bread/homemade jam/butter/fruit juice/fresh fruits).

A fresh fruit plate is provided every morning, with a glass of fresh fruit juice and fresh homemade bread.

Our employee, Kay, cleans the bungalow every day when you are outside and makes the laundry if necessary. She also provides and puts in the refrigerator the products for the breakfast.

If you chose not to rent a vehicle, our house staff can accompany you to the village center with his tri-car (funny and typical) if you wish to shop. They can also, on demand, deal with you to prepare a BBQ with the fresh fishes or squids bought at the market of the village and if desired, give you some courses of Thai cuisine.

We can help our visitors for the reservations of excursions (Archipelago of Similan, Phang Nga Bay, Khao Sok national park, Koh Yao Noi…) or shows (Fantasea, Simon Cabaret…) and advise them about attractions of the surroundings: Phuket, Phang Nga, Krabi, Khao Lak, Khao Sok…

Thai massage is available on request at the edge of the swimming pool (350 THB/h) by a professional masseuse coming from the village.
